I'm amazed at how get through so many of these! What hardware do you use for upscaling?
I have 3 desktops with 2 gpus in each, and a couple of egpus running on laptops. So 8 gpus upscaling 8 videos concurrently
Nice! I've been playing with Topaz AI myself but export times are crazy. Any recommendations on a reasonably priced GPU?
Try to pick up a used 3080 from ebay, or a refurbished one from an online retailer. That's probably the best bang for the buck. A 3080 upscales about twice as fast as a 2080 super, and trades blows with a 4070. They should go around 350 USD or so.
If that's too expensive than a 2080ti or even straight 2080 would do the trick. A 2080 super (which is like only 5% faster than straight 2080) can do 1 to 1.5 FHD to 4k videos per day. SD to FHD takes far less time so you can probably get 3 to 4 of those on a 2080 per day.
I picked up an RTX 4070 which seems to be a massive improvement over my previous GTX 1060! Benchmarks look much better. Now to try a full export...
Hey squirrelracc, thanks for all the work, and let me ask this: I'm considering getting a new monitor. Does 4k monitor makes a lot of difference in video image quality in comparison to 1080p?
not really. most of the time when I preview in 4k, the images are zoomed in anyways focused on the part of the image i'm worried about. Almost always that's the face. If the face looks messed up I have to change the settings.
sorry I think I misunderstood your question. Yes a 4k monitor will definitely have an effect on the sharpness of images when looking at 2k or 4k videos

Hey Squirrel - great work! Out of interest, do you recall which AI models you used to upscale this one? Also, what made you decide to stop at 2K rather than 4K? Thanks!
Gaia. It was upscaled to 4k, but the website has a way of sometimes not ramping the res all the way to 4k. It got stuck at 2k.

What's happened to the aspect ratio on this one? It's letterboxed and stretched.
Amazing!! Please can you upscale part 1 too???https://www.eporner.com/video-Gxcx8LVjVYe/katerina-honza-czech-gangbang-part-1/
